Asian Law

With the growing importance of Asian powers in the global scene, the Asia and Law Track aims to equip its students with specific academic knowledge and practical skills designed to leverage their professional development. The curriculum includes intriguing topics of Asian law, diplomacy, history, politics, and the economy of leading Asian countries. Dr. Wered Ben-Sadeh, a researcher in mediation and the culture of abundance in Japan, teaches aspects of tackling crises in contemporary Japan, Japanese law, and issues concerning family and mediation. Dr. Hadas Peled specializes in Chinese law and teaches a practical workshop on business relations with China and Chinese law, as well as courses on economic and judicial aspects of society in China and Israel.
